The project renderings, floor plans, dimensions, videos, and specifications displayed on this portal are representational in nature. Although maximum artistic fidelity has been exercised to depict actual elevations, all formal specifications, unit carpet areas, and fixtures shall strictly be governed by the registered Agreement for Sale executed between Sanyukt Builders Pvt. Ltd. and the buyer pursuant to applicable RERA guidelines.
2. Terms of Website Use
By browsing this portal or downloading architectural dossiers, you agree to access content solely for private, lawful evaluation. You agree not to copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, or redistribute our digital architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, or video assets without explicit written authorization from Sanyukt Builders Pvt. Ltd.
3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The brand name "Sanyukt Builders", "Belvoir Hills", project insignias, architectural drawings, brochures, and digital iconography are exclusive intellectual properties of Sanyukt Builders Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized commercial reuse is strictly prohibited under Indian trademark and copyright statutes.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sanyukt Builders Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, or staff be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on preliminary digital renderings prior to executing the formal statutory sales contract. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to conduct independent legal verification of title and RERA documentation with our sales concierge.
5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Solan / Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
